Why “TQM”?
TQM stands for “Te Quiero Mucho” — a Spanish phrase that means I care about you deeply.
It’s warm, personal, and full of affection. More meaningful than a casual “I like you,” but softer, everyday, and more comforting than “Te Amo.” It’s the kind of phrase you say to the people who make life feel lighter, happier, and more special.
That feeling is the heart behind TQM Café.
A place where people gather, stay a little longer than planned, share coffee and food, catch up on life, celebrate small wins, work on big ideas, and create everyday moments that somehow become memories.
Because sometimes the best conversations, ideas, friendships, and stories start with:

TQM Café was created for slow mornings, coffee dates, work sessions, weekend brunches, and the kind of place you stop by for coffee and accidentally stay for hours.
We’re building something special in Austin Ranch/ The Colony, TX — a space where every detail is intentional, every cup is crafted, and every visit feels like exactly where you’re supposed to be.
A place for your “let’s grab coffee” moments that somehow turn into full conversations. For solo resets. Creative ideas. Matcha runs. Brunch plans. Study sessions. First dates. Catch-ups. Main character moments. All of it.
Built around specialty coffee culture, elevated café dining, warm hospitality, and good energy, TQM Café is designed to feel inspiring, welcoming, and worth coming back to.
From signature drinks and rare Geisha coffee pours to weekend brunches that turn into late afternoons, we want TQM to feel like your favorite part of the day.
A Message From the Founders
TQM Café started with a simple idea:
To create the kind of place we always wished existed.
A place where coffee feels intentional, conversations last longer than expected, and people feel genuinely welcomed the moment they walk through the door.
Growing up in Panama, coffee was never just about caffeine for Miner. Panama is home to some of the most celebrated coffees in the world, including the rare and highly sought-after Geisha coffee, known for its delicate floral notes and exceptional quality. Coffee culture there is deeply connected to community, conversation, and slowing down to enjoy the moment — something that became a major inspiration behind TQM Café.
Together with Amir’s passion for hospitality and bringing people together, the vision for TQM started to take shape. Coming from a Persian background where hosting, generosity, and making guests feel at home are deeply rooted traditions, Amir wanted TQM to feel warm, welcoming, and personal — the kind of place where people naturally gather, connect, and stay a little longer.
TQM stands for “Te Quiero Mucho” — a phrase rooted in warmth, affection, and care. That feeling is at the heart of everything we’re building.
From the quality of the coffee we serve, to the atmosphere we create, to the smallest details throughout the café, our goal is simple:
to create a space where people feel comfortable, inspired, and connected.
